1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and enbet ("enbet," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the enbet platform accessible at enbet.asia, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, and account functionality.

1.2 By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any feature of the enbet platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the enbet platform and close your account.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with enbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and enbet. In the event of conflict, these Terms prevail unless otherwise specified.

1.4 enbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or use the enbet platform in any capacity. enbet strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. enbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan or elsewhere. enbet does not represent that its services are available, legal, or appropriate in all jurisdictions. Access to or use of enbet in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited is entirely at your own risk and may constitute a violation of local laws.

2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) enbet account. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is prohibited. enbet reserves the right to close all accounts held by an individual found to hold more than one account and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 KYC Verification. enbet is required to verify the identity of its users. You agree to provide such identity documentation as enbet may reasonably request, including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, proof of address, or payment method verification. Withdrawal of funds is contingent upon satisfactory completion of KYC verification. enbet may suspend account access pending completion of required verification steps.

2.6 Corporate Accounts. enbet accounts are available to individual natural persons only. Accounts registered in the name of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity are not permitted.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your enbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

3.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends. Any activity conducted using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

3.3 You must notify enbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. enbet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or failed to notify enbet promptly upon discovering or suspecting a breach.

3.4 enbet will never request your password, OTP, or full payment card details via SMS, email, WhatsApp, social media, or any channel other than the secure account management interface on enbet.asia. Any such request from any party claiming to represent enbet should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.5 enbet reserves the right to suspend or lock accounts temporarily where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During such periods, access to account balances may be restricted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Permitted Methods. Deposits and withdrawals on enbet must be made through approved payment channels available in your account Cashier, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. enbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). enbet does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods registered to another individual, is prohibited. You warrant that all funds deposited into your enbet account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. enbet reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. enbet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. enbet applies a return-to-source policy whereby withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is applied to reduce fraud risk and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.6 Inactive Accounts. enbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the account holds a positive balance. The applicable fee and process will be communicated to the registered contact details on file prior to application.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General. All betting and gaming activities on enbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and others — as published within the platform. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules prevail in respect of the specific product concerned.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. enbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where enbet suspects that the integrity of a market has been compromised, that a pricing error has occurred, or that suspicious betting patterns have been identified.

5.3 Obvious Errors. enbet reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at clearly erroneous odds arising from a technical fault, data feed error, human error, or any other cause. Settlement of a bet does not constitute a waiver of this right where the error was manifest and should reasonably have been apparent to the user.

5.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets are subject to interruption, suspension, or cancellation without notice in response to events affecting the relevant fixture, including abandonment, technical disruption, or data feed failure. enbet's decisions in relation to in-play market settlement are final.

5.5 Casino Games. Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random processes or physical game equipment operated by certified studio providers. enbet does not influence the outcome of any live casino game. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Historical game results do not affect future outcomes.

5.6 Disputes. Any dispute relating to bet or game settlement must be raised with enbet customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 enbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers to eligible users. All such offers are subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

6.2 Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts in accordance with applicable wagering requirements and conditions. Withdrawal of bonus funds prior to fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.

6.3 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Accounts found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic advantage play — are subject to bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

6.4 enbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the terms applicable to bonuses already in progress at the time of modification.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 enbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. enbet considers responsible gaming an integral product feature and not merely a regulatory obligation.

7.2 Tools Available. enbet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible within account settings at no cost: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders; (d) cool-off periods (temporary suspension of account access); and (e) self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited exclusion from the platform).

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who request self-exclusion will be excluded from accessing the enbet platform for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, enbet will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access and will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed before the stated period expires.

7.4 Age Verification. enbet applies age verification checks as part of the account registration and KYC process. If enbet has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be suspended pending investigation and any balance may be withheld.

7.5 Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use enbet's self-exclusion tools and to seek assistance from appropriate support services. enbet's Responsible Gaming page provides further information on available resources.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on enbet and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account in your name or on behalf of any other person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are associated with another enbet account.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or casino game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted by enbet.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing discrepancies for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with events available for betting on enbet.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in your enbet account or account credits.
• Engaging in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to enbet or its other users.

8.2 Where a prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, enbet reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account, void any associated bets or winnings, withhold account balances pending investigation, and take such further action as enbet considers appropriate, including reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, data, and other intellectual property on the enbet platform are owned by or licensed to enbet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the enbet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in respect of the enbet platform or its intellectual property are granted.

9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any element of the enbet platform without prior written consent from enbet.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The enbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, enbet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 enbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if enbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 enbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from your gambling activity on the platform. Gambling involves risk of financial loss, and you accept that risk when using enbet.

10.4 enbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your enbet account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes enbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Initial Contact. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the enbet platform, you should first contact enbet customer support by email at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. enbet will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

11.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial contact process, you may request escalation to enbet's management team. Details of the escalation process are available upon request from the support team.

11.3 Finality of Decisions. In relation to betting and game settlement disputes, enbet's decisions made in good faith and in accordance with applicable product rules are final and binding. enbet will not revisit settled transactions except in cases of manifest error as described in Section 5.3.

11.4 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 enbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the enbet platform at enbet.asia/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, enbet will take reasonable steps to notify registered users via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform.

12.2 Your continued use of the enbet platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting enbet support.
